Buggy app. The app will tell you it failed to book the flight but still charge you and support will not remove the charge.

App only shows one airline, search only by airline code vs city name, ex. Unable to search Rochester MN which will result in Rochester NY. App isn’t helpful or efficient. App doesn’t treat return flights independent of departure flights, cumbersome & confusing. I’m a software tester, this isn’t good.

I think this app is the future of all flights. You’re able to get your frequent flyer rewards. New member discounts. Friend booking is a genius idea. Now add a chat variant to it kinda like venmo. This apps down fall is monetization. How can an app like this monetize? They are spending a lot on X and probably other platforms. This part of the business should be looked at.
