Bought mine in March brand new. My unit hasn’t worked since the BT update. Contacted support was told my unit could not be updated to the new firmware and to return it but when they found out I purchased it somewhere else they could not honor it. I’m sure it has a 1 year warranty. I guess that doesn’t matter. I would suggest if you’re going to purchase it, only get it for them.

Complete garbage connects for about a week then disconnects and takes weeks of trying to get reconnected
