Helpful for building a consistent routine for recovery practices

I appreciate this app for being well made, modern, easy to use.

I like the meditation suggestion at the end of each daily reflection.

I have used the AI sponsors a few times. Salty Sam is the character that I feel most able to connect to.

The morning prayer and nightly prayer speak to my soul inviting me to connect with a higher power.

I like the gratitude practice and how it helps me create a consistent daily routine.
