What's New in Sobers

1.3.0

March 3, 2026

!! 12-Step Program Tab Just Dropped !! Remember when your sponsor asked about your step work, and you panicked and changed the subject to the weather? Yeah, we built a whole tab for that. Steps: All 12 of 'em. Complete them, track them, watch them appear on your journey timeline like little badges of "I'm actually doing this." Daily Reflections: Sourced from AA.org. Start your morning with wisdom instead of anxiety. Revolutionary concept. Prayers: Step prayers, common prayers, the whole collection. One tap. No Googling "what's the third step prayer again" in the parking lot. Literature: Track your reading progress across multiple books. Add them, remove them, actually finish them. (We believe in you.) Meetings: Log every one. See them on your timeline. Physical evidence, you just keep on showing up. Your program, organized. Your sponsor, impressed. You're welcome.

Best Sobriety Counter

This is by far the best day counter for your sobriety. You can easily set it up and even track how much money you’ve saved by kicking your addiction! I recommend this app to everyone in my 12 step community! Even if 12 step isn’t for you, you can turn it off in the settings and use all of the other great features!

Response from developer

Thank you so much, with the latest update we’ve expanded the 12-step support with a brand new tab. It includes steps, daily reflections, prayers, and a meeting logger.

Extra Layer of Accountability

It’s always great to have a reminder of all the money I’m saving by staying sober. What’s different here, in terms of accountability for my experience, is the incorporation of AA components such as being able to communicate with my sponsor (through the app), by giving them the ability to assign tasks, create goals, coordinating each, etc. I’m also liking the 12 steps tab that summarizes each step with detailed context and reflection questions. And if AA is not what you’re interested in, I appreciate that this feature can be turned off. Looking forward to what’s next, particularly when the widgets are released!

Love it.

I am 94 days clean and I love how easy this makes tracking the days and the money saved. Wow, the money saved!
