Frequent disconnects
Even with the app always running in the background, the app would show “disconnected from cloud” frequently and for hours at a time. Sobr IT was not helpful. Renders the device practically useless!
Great Alternative to blowing in a breathalyzer
The watch works as intended if you read the instructions. I had trouble with mine not syncing and they sent me a replacement after email communication. I just had to send the malfunctioning one back. It worked as intended for 5 months before I had an issue. The company paid for postage. I am getting ready to use the results in a trial setting and I will see if the results hold up in court and can provide a judge with data of sobriety, that he accepts.

Sobrsure band
The new version of the band has been great and helped a lot. I had the earlier version before this one and I am very happy so far. Nobody knows what I am wearing and my family is confident in my sobriety.
Gen 2 Feedback
I have had both Gen 1 and Gen 2 of this device. Gen 2 is much more clean and reliable. My family has been very happy with the results.
Complete Junk
The watch doesn’t hold charge. They say the battery will last up to 3 days, but it’s more like 10-12 hours. Now, if you’re sitting still doing nothing you might get 14. This piece of junk constantly disconnects. Every half hour or so it says disconnected from cloud. And multiple times an hour it will say off wrist. And it is completely unreliable. On a day and time I was in a class, it said alcohol reported and then it disconnected for 12 hours. Do not waste your money on this thing. Customer service is a joke! They know it’s a faulty piece of junk, but they are taking weeks to even offer to replace it. Look into the company. It’s failing. They just did a reverse stock split just to stay listed and its continued to tank. They make a junk product and they know it. Investors know it. I promise you, you will regret buying this.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!
THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!! The band and the sensor are 2 separate pieces and do not stay together well. We also had issues with synching. Had the administrator phone next to the "testee" phone for 15 minutes trying to get them to synch. Did not, then suddenly 30 minutes later they synched. We just could not trust we were getting accurate results. So, we decided to go another route and asked to return the unit. The company replied that they DO NO ACCEPT RETURNS. Even though we had all parts and original box. What kind of reputable company does not stand behind their product and allow returns when it does not work for a customer?
