Hi, the app is great and easy to use however, when I create a team and player stats report for the game it generates a report for the whole season, how do you generate an individual team and player report for an individual game?
Literally the best soccer lineup manager
I have been using this app for 5 years and it is essential for how I plan for games. We have a maximum roster team and required 50% minimum playing time for all kids. Soccer Dad lets you plan all the rotations, see total playing time at each position in a game or through the season. I have looked for alternatives over the years, but nothing compares for game day prep and use.

Not only does text not work but the support page won’t receive my emails. So frustrating.

Unable to see scheduled game
I’ve set up a team and scheduled an event but cannot see it on the list, nor do I have a game tab to set up a game. Attempted to contact the creator but the website won’t allow me to send anything to him. Hopefully I can get help through here or else I’ll be requesting a refund

Great app, needs lineup printout
Exceptional app to strategize and keep contact with all parents. Only thing missing is the ability to print or export the image of the lineups as a pdf or image file. The visual helps to use during the games and make changes with pen. Overall great app. Totally worth it.
Great App
I’ve been using this APP for over three years and I’m really impressed. The only down side is that there has never been any updates 😢 I wish you could customise the number of rotations

I really want to like this
I really want to like Soccer Dad. What I would really like to be able to do are my lineups. Unfortunately the portion that tells many how many minutes of the game a player is planned to play doesn’t work. It tells me a player has played 0 minutes or 15 minutes when I have them scheduled for 2*15 minute quarters. I love the integration with TeamSnap and if that portion is fixed I will definitely check it out again.

Does not work
Cant set lineups and most settings fields fail to save. Must close app to get back to beginning. Very frustrating- bad spend
Great app!
The app is great and I can do almost everything in one place. The only thing that would make thing easier is if you could set practices with drills on the whiteboard under the practice in schedules.

Great app overall - I have deleted some stats categories - how do I create new ones?
Good idea, doesn't work
Good idea but many features still buggy. Unable to send reminder emails or SMS messages. Reached out to developer but never heard back. When I click to send messages it opens a new message but doesn't populate the email addresses or numbers of the team members. Wish it worked.
Great app
As a coach this helps in documenting real time player stats, great when looking back on games etc
Is developer still updating
App hasn't been updated in quite awhile. I'm worried I will get used to this app and iOS 11 will make it incompatible. Great app otherwise.
NO Support! Lineups change randomly after saving
Running on ipad pro 9.7 with iOS 10.3
Saved 2 Different lineups for my u8 team. Some games are 4 rotations and some are 8 so I need to be prepared.
I usually work on lineups the day before our games. I just happened to create a fake game just to test my lineups and couldn't figure out why my kids play times were so far off after I just went though them. And I could not figure out why the lineups all changed from how i set my god players to forward and Mids, now they are on the bench and in defense etc. After 2 hours of constantly thinking I'm screwing up,I took screenshot of every screen before saving. Sure enough I was right and the software soccerdad is just randomly doubt what it wants. I took my screenshots and printed them out. 15 minutes before game I open soccerdad and it's all changed again. Seriously!! I then have to take my printed out screenshots and adjust soccerdad once again.
I have sent numerous emails to get help and also sent messages to his YouTube account as well.
Absolutely NO RESPONSE.
Don't waste your money like I did for a unsupported app.

Great In-Game Mgmt Tool
It takes some getting used to, and doesn't sync well to other devices, but once you're used to it, it's a great tool. You can sync with TeamSnap, which makes it easy to import your roster and events, then sync your game scores back up.
The backup/sync issue was with saving to Dropbox, then opening on another device. I didn't find it very intuitive, and I am a developer. I overwrite newer versions with ease, which was frustrating. Luckily, I used test files and took the time to figure it out before my season.
Once I got it running, I haven't looked back. It's easy to set up your formation, then move subs in and out. It tracks time played. It allows you to track stats as well, and offers game and season reports.
I highly recommend taking the time to get to know the app, then using it in conjunction with TeamSnap to manage your games.
