Social Agent App

Social Agent is a connector application from Second Company, built for agencies. It connects your team to the platform your social selling already runs on and puts it on their phones, in your own brand and colors. Every AI-drafted follow-up waits in a queue until a person has read it and decided, so nothing goes out in your client's name unseen. Social Agent does not run campaigns of its own. It is the mobile front end for an account your agency already has. REVIEW REPLIES IN SECONDS Each card shows what the lead sent and what the draft says back. Swipe right to send it. Swipe left to archive it. Tap the card to open the draft and rewrite any part of it first. Phone numbers, addresses, and links in a lead's message are tappable, so acting on a reply never means retyping anything. NOTHING GOES OUT UNREAD A reply waits until a person decides. Approve it, rewrite it, or archive it, and the queue counts down as you go. When a lead answers in a way the AI could not place, the reply is handed to you to write yourself rather than guessed at. WRITE IN YOUR LANGUAGE, SEND IN THEIRS Draft a reply in the language you think in and Social Agent sends it in the language the lead wrote in. You can also read an incoming message in your own language before you answer it. SEE THE CONTEXT BEHIND A REPLY Who you are talking to, where they work, and what the two of you have already said, on the same screen as the draft. Add your booking link to a reply with one tap when the answer is a meeting. WATCH YOUR CREDITS The Usage screen shows what you have left, what spent it, and when your allowance turns over. WEARING YOUR BRAND Sign in, and Social Agent adopts your agency's colors and logo. Your team sees your brand, not ours. A CONNECTOR, NOT A STANDALONE APP Social Agent needs an existing account on the platform your agency already uses. Any agency can buy access from Second Company; that agency's own administrator then creates accounts, so there is no sign-up inside the app. If you do not have an account yet, speak to your administrator or contact Second Company.
