The health and wellbeing of staff is a priority for all companies. That’s why Floating Numbers have been supporting their staff and offering mindfulness training. This app has been developed for all content moderation companies to support their staff through a role that is sometimes challenging and stressful. It is no surprise that content moderation is a challenging undertaking. That’s why we are taking employee wellness one step further and incorporating minimum workplace counselling standards for content moderators. We have curated a special self-care wellbeing program to help with anxiety, depression and sleep concerns.
