Doesn’t work
Paid for a weekly sub, checked the app next day and it showed 0 followers for my accounts. Had to go in to my accounts to manually check the growth
Update: developer replied to my initial 1 star review and said there is a help option to email them to fix it. Point is, this thing has no preview or trial feature and costs 2.99 a week and doesn’t work out of the box - I shouldn’t have to contact support the first thing when I download this to try and get it to work.

It does work and we have a help option for this reason which will automatically sort out your issue. If you want to just post a review here, how do you expect us to help you?

Awful…
Saw good reviews so downloaded the app. Then I got a bunch of AI pop-ups and couldn’t actually use anything on the app without being told to pay for the premium subscription. Might as well pay to download it as you can’t use it without some form of payment.
Instant delete
Paid for first week subscription to be able to enter app, was immediately bombarded with requests to rate the app in AppStore, interface is cluttered with AI app advertisements and I couldn’t event track social info properly. Avoid this bloatware.

In-app purchase is NOT optional
The in-app purchase which gives you access to “Social Stats Pro” is required to do anything in the app.
You cannot even add a single account just to see what the UI looks like unless you purchase the subscription or enable its free trial.
Not a user friendly app at all. Very “scammy” quite frankly.

Trying to monetize in ANY way
It’s sad to see apps THIS desperate for monetization. Want something without paying? Ads all over, and still you get 1% feature. Want anything else? WEEKLY payments. It’s funny and sad to see applications as simple as this be this greedy

They expect patting customers to debug their software.
I bought the software only to find it didn’t work, and so I left a review saying as much. They replied to said review with a snide comment.
Apparently after I had payed them for a product that didn’t work, it was my responsibility to debug their software (for free) then email them to explain what was wrong with their product. Again, MY time for free AFTER paying them $50.
Here: You have 4 widgets, 3 of which work with one service each. The 4th, which handles every other service, is broken. I get boxes no matter which service I select (I added several, including Facebook and Twitter, in addition to Twitch), but only got a black widget with dark grey rectangles in it.
This happens on an iPhone 15 Plus, an iPhone 12 Mini. Both with the latest version of iOS.
That said, I’ve applied for a refund already. I can say THIS quite honestly: I bought my very first app in 2008, on the iPhone 3G, after the iOS AppStore first started selling apps. I’ve literally purchased hundreds since then. This marks the ONLY App to date for which I have EVER applied for a refund.
