Blame the app, not me
I’m always in charge of finding our group of friends places to go and get flamed when I choose poorly. Now, if I pick a bad place, I say the app picked it. Has been pretty good so far though.
Newbie
I can’t figure out some of the search things, but I am getting the hang of it. I think it could be a little easier to use.
Would be nice to have real time
I don’t know where the information would come from, but it would be cool to see places in real time to see how busy they are.

Using it for Starbucks
I'm not too into the bar scene and don't eat out often, but I've been using the app to scope out starbucks near me to find ones that are not busy so I can get some work done.
Invite Suggestion
It would be cool to have an invite feature where I could invite my friends to meet me at a place I find in the app.
Where's a good place to go?
How many times have you asked someone where's a good place to go? I do it all the time, so I was super excited to find this app. The other night I was looking for a crowded bar to meet some friends. This app gave me options. Then, on Sunday, I was looking for a mellow place for brunch. The app worked again! Nice job!

When Heading Out, This App is My New Must Have!
Wow - great app! Ever try to decide between two places and where go next? Me to! That's why I downloaded and used SocialStatus over the wknd - it was exactly what have been looking for. Finally a way my friends and I can see how crowded a place was before deciding where to go next! No more guessing if a restaurant is too crowded or if a bar is dead. We loaded the app to find a "less crowded" restaurant for our large group to meet up Saturday; then after we all got there we used SocialStatus to pick another bar nearby w/ a great crowd. Around closing time was able to see which spots were still going strong. App was easy to search, create favorites, get addresses/contact info, and quickly see what places around us were more crowded. It even gave an easy to read historical chart with times places usually got crowded - which helped plan our night. I already started adding favorites to my list and will definitely keep this as an essential app to help me decide where go next!
