Load Time Terrible
I wasn’t even able to login due to the load speed. It’s not an internet issue either. I have fast and reliable WiFi. Downloaded and will be deleting the app shortly. Waste of time.

How is it that you have a platform that requires the use of an app to complete the posts yet the app simply won’t even let you login? This has been going on for far to long
Lousy App
Can’t get past the splash screen after logging in. Have to delete and reinstall the app every time you want to log in. Useless!
Have to redownload app every use
Every time I use this app I have to delete it and redownload it in order to get past the initial loading screen. Can you please fix this bug?
Won’t even open
The app won’t even load. It makes the entire platform useless to me. I’ll be canceling my subscription.
terrible user experience
the app does not function as advertised. there is no way to post from your phone without deleting and redownloading the app.

can’t even login
got the app and couldn’t even create an account. every time i entered my email and hit continue the button changed color then reverted and nothing happens. can’t even create an account on this app
Not Great
The only reason I download the app is to publish Instagram stories since the Instagram API doesn’t let SocialBee do it automatically (understandable). But the SocialBee app freezes every time i hit the notification to publish a story. So I close the app and reopen it, but then I’m logged out of my account. This happens every single day. Not only that, it’s somehow not compatible with the saved login info on my iPhone, so every single day I need to manually type in my email and password to login just to post a story.

Not functional
The app won't load anything and not even reinstalling or logging out and back in doesn't fix it.
Waste of potential
Great simple app but lacks any posting feature for those who prefer using the mobile app version when you're unable to use desktop version. What a waste of potential! It's not too late SocialBee, step it up and focus on your mobile app version now!
Sorry excuse of an app
Please make the app more like the website. I mainly us the ai text generator and the planner and I don’t have access to any of that on the app.

Why have this app? Not a dashboard. Not a scheduler.
horrendous
this software (desktop version) seems magically offer EVERYTHING you need to successfuly schedule posts and manage multiple channels. the UX is idiotic, file management is impossible. thumbnails are tiny, you upload 10 reels and somehow there are only 7, you have to clickthru a bunch of stuff to playback reels so you know which one you're working with at the moment. the emoji keyboard inserts emojis in random places (NOT where the cursor is), the iphone doesnt notify you when your post has posted, customer service has too long of a turnaround (i responded immediately to email support at 9:30am and they never got back to me; their hours end at 2pm PST). you can't see your grid posts. you have to select settings EVERY SINGLE POST for yt, tiktok, etc. for everything. run far far away. that's all i can say. waste of time.

No Post from Phone Functionality
I don’t really see the point of this app. I’m in the trial and appreciate the desktop version but the app doesn’t even allow me to jot down an idea or flag a potential post for later or even post anything. I really don’t see that point of it. Needs an upgrade or overhaul.

The web is good, this app is terrible
Social Bee is an effective software solution when used from the web, but this app is virtually useless. None of the buttons seem to work, get blank screens often and I’ve quit using it because of all the error messages.
Companion app
The improved companion app works a lot better. I like that I can see upcoming posts as well as delete overdue content within the app. I can’t wait to be able to create content from here while on the go.
Really helpful addition!
