Perfect

100% recommend this app. I’ve been using it for a month and it’s removed all addictive elements from Facebook and Instagram. I feel like I’ve got my life back and my mood, productivity and energy levels have all improved incredibly, all whilst not having to give up messaging friends and seeing their posts on social media. I’ve been able to remove reels, explore pages and suggested posts so that all I have left is seeing what my real life friends are up to. Once I’m done with that (fairly quickly), I find it so easy to resume hobbies and my to do list. I’m also getting a lot more out of my relaxation time and the media I do enjoy, like films and tv shows, because I’m no longer scrolling whilst half watching stuff.

why is there a subscription if the app itself costs money

if you're looking for a low fuss solution on IOS to stop your screen time, keep looking! not only does the app cost money but there is a premium version within that, which is so stupid! if I already paid for something I should not then be asked to upgrade to a premium version. all these apps are trying to shill that they are healthy for you but just trying to make a buck. just download Ahero and ScrollGuard and use the features from both combined to do the same thing for free with less hassle. getting a refund for sure!

Great app!

Mostly use it for Reddit and Facebook. Helps reduce all the annoying UI bloat these sites have and just lets me focus on the features and content I actually want to use/see.

Bad

So far it has not blocked a single reel in Facebook. I have followed set up religiously several times and it obviously is not linking or doing its job. Worthless so far. Further I have texted owner 2 days ago and no response so far

Love it!

Most sites are ridiculously bloated with extra buttons, recommendations, and clutter taking up screen real estate these days. This app does a fantastic job cleaning up Reddit and Facebook for me. I already use UnTrap from the same developer for YouTube, and this brings similar features to the other sites. Great app overall, I hope the dev keeps adding toggles to hide new nonsense as sites keep updating!
