Such a buggy app
I belong to a nutrition group on this and the app is constantly buggy. As of now it won’t let me make comments or anything in my group, it’s super annoying. When I’ve had problems the support was great, but I just wish it would work consistently properly without having to resort to help.
Frustrating
I’m off FB. Hacked & DONE with FB. Social Glow is now my go to. I run a Team but most haven’t engaged with the SG option for education & more. I am so frustrated that I can’t copy & paste to woo my Team over. Our company has strict compliance requirements. I would paste a copied post into texts but SG has made it impossible! Developers, please open up the option to copy then paste elsewhere! Thanking you in advance!

Constant Updates!
No other app requires daily updates like this one. Would be better to batch the updates vs. so many minor updates.

I like how you’ve added the reply to comment but when there are 200 comments a day it hard to know what they are replying to. Would be nice to be able to click on the little bubble that says ‘replied to so and so message’ to see the whole previous message.
More Versatility Wanted
Glad SG isn’t censorial! However, I would love to be able to copy & paste FROM it! I can paste TO but not FROM!

I am extremely impressed with this app, and so excited to provide it to my clients as a nutrition coach. Let’s face it: no one wants to be on Facebook anymore. Now we don’t have to! The creators of this app give phenomenal customer service, too. I have no doubt whatsoever that this app is going to continue to improve and serve my clients so well!

Wish conversations were nested
I downloaded the SocialGlow app because one of my accountability groups uses it. All in all, it’s a solid app, however, I wish that the conversations could be nested like other social media apps, rather than just one long string of comments like a chat. Nested comments are so much more convenient to find a previous comment, and to keep a conversation topic on track.

Filling my email
This app is sending me continual emails. I open my email and there will be 10 identical emails. This has happened 5 times in the last 30 minutes. I can’t find a way to stop them.

SocialGlow APP has a very well-designed space with different post types which helps me as a business owner to attract clients. I could really increase the sales rate by managing my parties there! It is much easier to do than on all other social networks!
