Owning my own battery
I love that this is a way to check in with myself before I even get to the part about letting others know my social battery. It also makes it easier for me to talk about how my battery can change. Awareness for me and honest communication with others. I dig it. This might put the “Irish goodbye” outta business!

id really like it if the app made you invite three friends via whatsapp before getting to the main experience because if you dont have friends who downloaded it and you get to the dashboard you just wont know what to do with it it would probably help
Love this app so much!!
As an introvert, I had have to share what’s going on each day. This allows me to stay connected to my people without having to always communicate. Please try this if you want to keep up with your people and not always talk.
