Taking Advantage of Customers

So, when this app came out it was MOST of our only option when it came to food delivery. Uber eats and DoorDash were not around, so these guys seemed like a god sent commodity. Now, In 2023, we have DoorDash and boy does it show how greedy this company is. Even without DashPass, DoorDash charges like 3 or 4 dollars extra and order and then you decide the tip. These guys at SoCO eats decide it’s fair to charge 18% service fees to EVERY single order. On top of that they prices for the meals are up charged to begin with. Want a combo from McDonalds? Awesome that’ll be 30 dollars total and then you need to tip. Want good customer service if something was wrong with the entire order? He is 2.50 back on your account, sorry about the rest it’s ours now. Absolutely awful. Do yourself a favor and download DoorDash, these guys don’t care about you and only your money.

Needs work

Couldn’t find penrose pizza or coyote den even tho it was displayed on the banner. I flip thru all option and self pickup. Just a idea for those in areas that don’t have delivery options have a pickup meet driver spot such as gas station.

NOTHING AVAILABLE

I was hungry. There was literally NO food available. From what I’ve read, this is more than a common occurrence. Not sure how this is still a functioning app.

No Apple Pay

No Apple Pay is a dealbreaker. The minimum order amount is also a hassle. Finally I think it’s creepy the app looked up my address without my consent.
