Pretty good app

It’s pretty good for my homework, sometimes the answers aren’t the answers shown on the paper, and sometimes when I try to click on the scanner it won’t let me scan anything which is super annoying especially when I have overdue assignments but after the most recent update it has become worse, I used it for my recent homework and got a 30/100

It’s pretty good for my homework, sometimes the answers aren’t the answers shown on the paper, and sometimes when I try to click on the scanner it won’t let me scan anything which is super annoying especially when I have overdue assignments

Socratic app overcharging!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a one week subscription for $4.99. Instead of $4.99, I was charged $30+ instead and the app moves very slowly. Also, the “contact us”, “terms of use” & “privacy policy” under settings on the app are not clickable.

Buttons stopped working

I was using the app for maybe 30 minutes. Will not let me click to scan anything anymore. Deleted and re downloaded the app aswell to clear storage cache and still does not work. I spent money on the app I ask that something be fixed regarding this.

Stopped working

Worked fine then as others said randomly once Home & Settings buttons worked. Need a solution since I paid for it.

Hi! Sorry for the trouble. Socratic AI needs Camera and Photos permissions to scan. Please enable: Settings → Socratic AI → Camera (On) → Photos (All Photos). OR Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera/Photos → Socratic AI.

It’s garbage

The only thing you can do in the app is download it everything else is ridiculously expensive for no reason absolutely do not recommend

the app is not working, it was working perfectly fine then out of no where it stopped working the buttons don’t work i can’t click on anything & i have deleted & reinstalled the app multiple times & still it’s not working.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. To scan homework, Socratic AI needs permission to use your Camera and Photos. Please enable them by going to: Settings → Socratic AI → Camera (On) → Photos (All Photos). OR Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera/Photos → Socratic AI.

Has changed a lot!! And not for the better

This product was better when they first started. Users could scan and search information for free.

Buttons no longer work

I used the app for about 10 minutes and a bug came where the buttons stopped working. Only two buttons that work and home and settings button. Before that the app was great
