Can’t Log In
I can log into Socrative as a teacher via the Web but when I try to use the app it says my email or password is wrong. Even better is when I have the account open on my browser and the app still doesn’t recognize it. The student version is fine, used that many times. But the teacher app is useless.
Works great, missing important feature
Super useful for me to see how individual students are doing on an assignment while circulating, but it is missing functionality with Apple Pencil.
Great App, mostly
I love the app and being able to start quizzes without having to go to my computer.
I do wish that it would remember my username and password though like pretty much every other app on my phone. I havte having to re-type them anytime i use this app.

Can’t login with Google
I love Socrative, I really do, it saved my sanity during the lockdown. But there’s no option to login using my offficial school Google account in the app. Please, please fix that!
Equation editor
The only reason I'm even trying this thing out is because the other teachers that know I am into LaTeX told me that Socrative finally added LaTeX support. It is limited at best (for now). The equation editor has no obvious shortcut to summon, and there is no plain-text mode to add delimiters such as $_$ or \(_\), so you need to manually click on the equation editor to switch to math mode. I strongly suggest adding a plain-text mode where delimiters are visible. I couldn't get the typical `array` environment to work, and I couldn't find documentation to know what to change my syntax to.
All of the above may only really annoy the nerdiest of STEM teachers, but the real kicker is.... ***the equation editor does not support a Bluetooth keyboard.***
What is the point is adding "backslash support" when I can't use my keyboard AND the onscreen keyboard doesn't have a backslash in sight.
The website is a little better, but still the editor is far from efficient for those of us with pre-existing latex code. For now, others with desire for real latex are better off using overleaf and taking screenshots of the rendered pdf. You'll be happy you can keep your code for when something usable comes along.

Problèmes depuis que le site s’est refait une « beauté »
Jusqu’il y a 3 semaines je n’avais jamais eu de problèmes, mais depuis que le site s’est « refait une beauté » j’ai divers problèmes qui sont apparu :
- une question qui saute
- des images qui se mélange et donc ne sont pas aux bonnes questions
- des images qui ne s’affichent pas
- des questions qui se mélange
Il faut savoir que je l’utilise de manière rythmée. J’ai une incohérence de réponses par rapport aux questions de la part de mes élèves ou tout simplement des indications comme quoi cela n’affichait pas l’image... difficile de faire une évaluation dans ces cas là...
J’espère que les problèmes vont vites être réglés. C’est un des moyens que j’utilise régulièrement pour « évaluer » mes élèves avec le confinement. J’en ai encore besoin à l’heure actuelle.

Presque parfait
Même en sciences il faut bien concevoir les séances . Des fonctionnalités étendues comme mélanger questions et réponses pour chaque élèves en font un outil de contrôle pertinent .
Cela fait un ans que je l’utilise et je n’en ai pas encore fait le tour.
Une dernière chose , l’échange entre professeur est d’une grande simplicité et les corrections sont individuelles pour chaque élève .
Je signe pour un an de plus merci à tout l’équipe en ces temps difficiles .
Un seul bémol il faut ruser pour écrire des mathématiques .

Tout est dans le titre : gros potentiel, mais quelle limitation de ne pouvoir l’utiliser pour les sciences !

Missing google account login on app
I love Socrative. I use it every week in all of my courses. But I can’t use the mobile app because I login using my google account. Please, please integrate it into the app or provide a work around.

I just barely signed into the app and all ready I am not pleased with how it functions—> there is no “back button” available so once you’ve clicked on an option you’re stuck on that page unless you go to the pull-down menu and choose to navigate elsewhere. Quite inconvenient and hinders the ease of use (which makes it not-so-user-friendly).

Great product, but...
I love Socrative overall! I don’t use it daily, but it is my go to for reviews for my classes. My complaint with the teacher app, is that I have signed into Socrative using my google account, but I don’t have that option on the app. I can use the web-based version on my desktop or laptop, but the iPad would be more convenient for circulating around the room. Please fix!

Great app gone bad because of glitch
As a Spanish teacher, I have come to love Socrative. I have upgraded to the Pro version but now I can't use continue to create my assessments using photos because every time I try to upload a photo the program crashes. PLEASE fix this glitch.

The photos don't work but otherwise it's great. Don't use this with kids who can't read.

I have tried to upgrade the app from the "go pro" button and it does not work. I love how the app works, going to be using for our homeschool.
Nearly perfect
Socrative is a perfect tool for conducting MCQs. The real-time feedback is excellent. An improvisent could be made: students know the number of correct answers in a MCQ. Indeed, it is impossible to validate more answers than those really correct.
Good but limited
I would like to ask you to change the file name for the downloaded reports. The date format is confusing to non-Americans. It would be easier to file as year-month-day (2017-02-15) as this automatically keeps them in date order and is universally understood. Thank you.
Stopped Working
App does not work properly anymore. Takes forever to load. Activities don't start when pressing "start." Can't even use it!! 😡
