Doesn't work and no support
I have been complaining for months that this app doesn't work through the Feedback in the app and this feedback and have received no response. I paid for A VIP subscription that I haven't been able to use. It appears that they've done upgrades recently but it still doesn't work. Would like for it to work or to get a refund for the subscription that I can't use.

Subscribed 3 Times — Same Problem
Paid THREE separate subscriptions because I believed this issue had been fixed. Every single time, the app blocked access to the final episodes with the message: “Oops, the network seems unstable, please try again.”
My internet connection is stable. I tested different networks, reinstalled the app, and restarted devices multiple times. The exact same problem keeps happening only at the ending episodes of paid content.
This is not an isolated issue — many other users are reporting the same behavior.
