Last episode of any of the dramas are not playing. Did not have this issue before. I cannot complete any of the series I am watching because of this. It says “unstable network” which cannot be issue since I have changed the network and there is no improvement

I paid for a weekly subscription and haven’t been able to watch a single drama. The content won’t even load. This is the third day I’ve been unable to access content. I’ve emailed but haven’t received a response. So, now I’ve paid for a week of nothing!
It’s a shame. The previews I saw on social media were entertaining which is why I purchased the subscription. Too bad it won’t work. The app is up to date. My phone is up to date as well.
