Through this app, I was able to send gifts to my bf in Korea.
제품 품질관리 허술하고 배송 문제도 종종 생깁니다
선물 할 일이 많아서 등록된 업체 여러곳을 사용해 봤는데 퀄리티도 들쭉날쭉이고 배송 문제도 종종 생겼습니다. 문제는 이런 일들에 대해서 전혀 관리를 안합니다. 선물로 보내는 물건들이라 이슈가 생겼을 때 금전적, 시간적인것보다 마음이 상하는게 제일 문제입니다. 고객센터에 연락해봤자 말만 번지르르하게 하고 끝입니다. 소비자들을 호구로 생각하는게 너무 느껴지네요

What a reliable app

Es una buena app para regalar algo especial!! Puedes elegir una tarjeta regalo o un artículo para que llegue a su casa… y si tienes miedo de equivocarte en la dirección (mi caso 😪) puede seleccionar la opción para que la persona que lo reciba ponga su dirección… no tiene tanto factor sorpresa pero te aseguras de que le llegue!! Como mejora estaría bien que pusieran más artículos para hombre… aún así es genial!! Lo recomiendo totalmente 😊

앱 접속이 안되었다가 설치/삭제 여러번 한 다음 드디어 접속 성공! 로그인하려더니 핸드폰 인증 단계에서 또 막힘 ㅠㅠ. 인증번호 요청하는데 제한 요청 횟수 초과래…..처음해 봤는디 😑 앱 업데이트하면 더 나아져야 정상인데 왤케 문제가 더 많아진건지 ;;;
