Worst app ever
I love Sodalicious and I used to be able to get the app to work but now it won’t work at all. I won’t let me sign in or use my rewards or get to where I have saved creations. You can’t save cards and Apple Pay never works either. This is a terrible app and probably why people are going to different soda shops instead because every other app is great besides this one

Sign in and ordering rarely work. I often encountering a loading screen that eventually reads “unable to load.”

I love Sodalicious but the app is horrible. I finally got it to work for two days, but now it is not working again. Please figure this out so I can use my rewards! As of right now, I can’t view a store or how many points I have. This is not a good app. Please get it fixed ASAP as I have been taking this issue for over a year.

I can’t sign in and I also can’t order using this app. It’s such a shame because I want to do mobile orders and I literally cannot because this app is horrible.

This is the worst app I have ever used. I never write reviews but I’ve been so frustrated that I have to! This app hasn’t worked in months and I go to sodalicious like twice a week! It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if sodalicious didn’t have rewards but I have no idea how much I have or how to use them. The menu has also changed so much that I want a place to see the updated menu. Please fix it!

Error on error
Love the place but this app needs help! Error codes left and right!
DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR GIFT CARDS!
I’ve been using this app for about 6 months and was happy with it, but then in June, right after I added money to an e-gift card in the app, it stopped working. Sodalicious claims they cannot help me and the contact email in the app bounces back as undeliverable. I’m in IT, so I’ve tried all the tricks to reset the app, but nothing has worked.

Love the drinks, not the app
The drinks are amazing. And the app is so easy to use BUT it won’t let me sign in. The store has my correct phone number so I don’t know why the app won’t take it. Every time I order, I have to customize my favorite drink, AND add all my info. So frustrating.

Few weeks ago u couldn’t use Apple Pay. Then it would only allow you to use your collections once.

Issues with the app
App frequently doesn’t work and has bugs. Have used points and gotten charged full price after, despite everything being shown correctly in the app. Also get randomly charged like 15-30 cents even when points are used correctly. No idea who to reach out to about issues when they occur.

Ever since the last update Apple Pay hasn’t worked and the creations menu is the gray screen of death after leaving the main menu!! Please fix this!! It’s annoying!!! It worked WAY better before the update!’n

App signed me out. When I try to sign in, it gives me an error message. No one replies to those emails. Apple Pay never works.
It’s broken now??
I used to use this app all the time, but out of nowhere it logged me out and I haven’t been able to log back in. It gives me an “unknown error” when I try to enter the confirmation code
App Not Working
I love this app!! Normally I would give a 5 star and may update this review if fixed. But after months of using it suddenly says, “unable to connect to internet”. So dumb. Please fix! Thank you!

Sodalicious is great, who made the app though?
Most recently, gray screen if you attempt to go back into the Creations menu after opening it once, checkout button is grayed out despite everything being ready to go, sometimes the checkout screen won’t even have a checkout button or bring up the rewards buttons depending on what sequence you’ve arrived at that menu.
Oh, also crashes if you attempt to leave a tip (at least with Apple Pay), how nice for the employees.

App keeps crashing at checkout and doesn’t save order

I have reloaded your app again and it still crashes when I try to submit my orders. It worked the first time I used it when you updated it recently, but that was the last time.
