Everything goes thing is fine. It’s say “,Success you connected to wifi.” Then the error page comes up
Not a good start
Been trying since Friday to make this work. Continue to get an error "Error occurred while adding a device" which happens after it says it successfully connected to my WiFi.
Can’t login. Been trying for two days now
This app doesn’t work. Go through the whole process and it says connected to my wife, then pops-up a message stating can’t connect a device. Try again later or contact support. Been doing this now for two days. I’ve probably tried a half dozen times over those two days
Doesn’t work
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi. Apps states it was successful, but then a box appears and says it had some device issue and can’t connect. Even some of my older tablets and computers have no problem connecting to Wi-Fi. This is an App problem. Would be nice if it works as I’m doing this only as part of a year long survey.

App issues
The app doesn’t work, it recognizes the wifi and at the end it just keeps showing the same error message, have contact them and still waiting on an answer.
