Perfect for grocery shopping
The combination of barcode scanning and sodium information helps me compare products while I shop. I can scan two similar items and choose the one that fits my daily sodium target better instead of relying on packaging claims.
Barcode scanning makes logging effortless
The barcode scanner is the feature I use most. I can scan packaged foods and immediately see the sodium information instead of typing everything manually. It has made daily tracking much faster, especially when I am grocery shopping.
Free Sodium Tracker
I downloaded this free sodium tracker because I wanted to test whether logging my meals would actually help. Within the first week, I discovered that most of my sodium was coming from condiments and packaged foods rather than the salt I added while cooking. The app has been surprisingly educational.

Low Sodium Intake Tracker
After being diagnosed with kidney disease, I needed a reliable low sodium intake tracker to help me stay within the limit recommended by my healthcare provider. Before using the app, I tried to calculate everything in my head and usually lost track by dinner. Now I can see exactly where I stand throughout the day.

Sodium Tracker App
I have tried several nutrition apps, but most of them include too many features that I never use. This sodium tracker app focuses on the one number that matters most to me. It is quick to log meals, easy to understand, and has become part of my daily routine.
Salt Tracker
This salt tracker has made grocery shopping much easier for me. I now compare products before buying them instead of assuming that something labelled healthy is automatically low in salt. The daily progress bar is simple, clear, and keeps me accountable.
Perfect for people who only care about sodium
This is not trying to be a workout app, calorie counter, fasting timer, and meal plan all at once. It tracks sodium, and it tracks it well. That focused experience is exactly why I use it. I would rather have one simple app that I open every day than ten features I never touch.
I would like better history controls
The weekly history helps me notice patterns, but changing my sodium goal affected how some of my previous days were displayed. I would prefer the option to keep older days connected to the goal I was following at that time. It would make long term progress easier to understand.
Helpful during my transition to a low sodium diet
The first few weeks after being told to reduce sodium were confusing. I did not know what foods were safe or how to add everything together. This app gave me a simple starting point. I can log my meals, watch the total, and gradually learn which substitutions work for me.
Recipe servings would make it perfect
I frequently prepare large batches of soup, pasta, and casseroles. I can add all the ingredients, but I would love to enter the number of servings and have the app calculate sodium per serving automatically. At the moment, I calculate it separately and create a custom food. The app is still useful, but proper recipe serving calculations would be a major improvement.

Good app with room for improvement
I like the clean layout and the fact that sodium is the main focus. My biggest request would be to show sodium directly in the search results instead of making me open each food individually. When comparing products, sodium is the number I care about most.
Favorites make repeat logging much faster
I eat a fairly repetitive breakfast and lunch, so the Favorites feature is probably what I use most. Instead of searching for the same foods every day, I can add them quickly and move on. I would also like the option to copy an entire meal from yesterday, but the current system is already much faster than writing everything down.

Exactly what my diet needed
My sodium limit is much lower than the standard daily recommendation, so being able to set my own target is important. The progress bar makes it easy to see when I need to slow down. I also like that the app does not judge me when I go over the limit.
The barcode scanner saves time
I use the barcode scanner for packaged foods, and most products are found within a few seconds. It is especially useful when comparing similar items at the grocery store. A few smaller or less common products are not recognized, but I can enter those manually. Overall, it saves me a lot of time.
Simple enough to use every day
I have tried several food trackers, but I usually stop using them because logging becomes a chore. This one is much easier because it concentrates on the one thing I actually need to track. I can open the app, add my food, and immediately see where I stand. That simplicity is what keeps me coming back.

Very helpful after a heart failure diagnosis
After being diagnosed with heart failure, I was advised to carefully monitor my sodium intake. That sounded straightforward until I realized how quickly sodium adds up during the day. This app gives me a clear running total and helps me stay within the target recommended by my healthcare team. I feel much more in control of my food choices.

Great for tracking home cooked meals
I cook most of my meals at home, so I appreciate being able to add individual ingredients and save meals that I eat regularly. Once my usual breakfast, soups, and dinner recipes were saved, daily logging became much faster. A feature that automatically divides an entire recipe into servings would make it even better.

Keeps me accountable with CKD
I have stage 3 kidney disease, and limiting sodium is one of the most important parts of my diet. Before using this app, I would try to keep a rough total in my head and usually lose track by dinner. Now I can see my progress throughout the day and decide whether I need to adjust my evening meal. It is simple, focused, and genuinely useful.

Helping me manage a low sodium diet
I started using this app after my blood pressure readings began creeping up. I honestly had no idea how much sodium was hiding in sauces, bread, frozen meals, and restaurant food. Logging my meals has helped me understand where most of my sodium is coming from. I am not perfect every day, but I am making much better decisions now.

Finally, an app focused only on sodium
Most nutrition apps overwhelm me with calories, carbs, macros, and dozens of other numbers. My doctor mainly wants me to watch my sodium, so I wanted something simple. This app shows me exactly how much sodium I have consumed and how much I have left for the day. It has made grocery shopping and meal planning much easier.
