Tracking your essential health info
This app works really well tracking your health metrics (like weight, fat, muscle, water and BMI). The app connects easily to the Bluetooth enabled scale and you can plot your progress over time. It also indicates what your calorie intake should be so you can help to manage your diet. It’s a great help.

The app shows totally wrong information
All the information on the dashboard doesn’t make any sense! At the beginning it asks for the height and then it states a 1/3 of the real height I gave as data. Info in the app is with imperial measurement and there is no option to change it to metric system

Para enlazar reloj y demás se requieren los manuales en español o tutoriales en google

La aplicación para smart phones no es muy afortunada, la precisión de Soehnle necesita una adaptación al mundo del diseño digital

Are you up for the next challenge? I know that the first present I get on my birthday is the need to change my birthday date in the App. This is the fastest way around I found to fix the connectivity issues. Otherwise, the age I did set on the balance years ago and the birthday date which is defined in the app do not match.
Could you devise a way that we do not need to fix anything (either in the App, either in the balance) every year? Thanks.

How on Earth are you not able to fix the mix of languages in the user interface of the app, after so many years and after so many promises that you would do it?
I concur with most other comments. It is the first time in my 9+ years using Apple iPhones that I find an app with a mix of languages that I cannot correct. I have seen the answers from the developers and, yes, the language set in my mobile os is Spanish, and NO, the Soehnie connect app does not configure itself to Spanish. Part of the menus are in Spanish, part in German and part in Finnish may be? Apart from that it is not user friendly at all The sad thing is that I paid 65€ for
this balance just for the connectivity features. What a mistake.

Hello, unfortunately there was an issue in the latest release with the fixed spanish
translations. There will be a new, fixed release with adapted spanish translations very soon.

Not Happy Jan!
Loss all data recorded since buying scales in one moment. Bought only three months ago! Not only did I loose valuable data in this app, I lost all the data that was stored across the health and other apps linked to the scales app! So extremely disappointed! These scales were expensive and has never delivered as intended. The disappointing thing is I have managed to loose a lot of weight on a nutrition program and that data reflected my hard work which is critical for my motivation on my journey. I relied on this app to keep a record. My lession: Never, ever rely on technology, always hand write your own data, that way, you will never be so disappointed, like I’m feeling right now. Not Happy Jan!!!!!!! No one can be contacted from this company to help me. Not Happy Jan!!!!!!!
