L’appli a bcp de potentiel en version premium pour remplacé TV showtime, en revanche les fenêtres qui s’ouvrent systématiquement lorsqu’on sélectionne un épisode vu devrait être une option qu’on puisse désactiver - Exemple pour les personnes qui regarde bcp d’animé il y a énormément d’épisode filler et quand on veut les renseigner comme vu à l’avance pour se décharger de cela pour avoir seulement les épisode qu’on doit voir l’appli est infernale l’option « voulez vous marquer les épisodes précédents comme vus » reste utile mais ça serait vraiment bien d’avoir la liberté de la désactiver

Excellente application qui a su remplacer totalement TV Time et même plus. J’aime le fait de voir ce que les amis regardent et quelles notes ils mettent à tel ou tel épisode. Chose qui avait disparu de TV Time. L’ergonomie est vraiment top et sobre. Pour avoir essayé plusieurs autres applications, c’est celle qui se rapproche le plus de TV Time. La version payante (une dizaine d’euros en une fois et à vie) vaut vraiment le coup.
Maintenant, j’aimerais juste qu’il y ait un graphique des notes de chaque épisode par saison et ce serait parfait. 😍

Correction
Bon appli mais il reste quand même trop d’options payantes. La barre de recherche aussi devrait pouvoir être améliorée en corrigeant certains défauts comme le fait qu’il faut le titre en entier pour trouver notre série ou film . Un simple mot clé devrait nous permettre de tomber sur notre recherche et pas le titre entièrement ET sans aucune faute . C’est dommage ces quelques petit défauts qui nous empêches une expériences à 100% . Si de petites maj sur les recherches ou encore certaines options payantes peuvent être réglé nous aurons enfin le droit à une utilisation agréable de cette application pas mal !

It was a great app a month ago
it was a well working app a month ago. now nothing works. searching for movies in your list... dead
widgets... blank, dead and the one that shows anything isn't updating. syncing across devices..l does not work now. so basically wasted $10 for an app that was working just fine until they decided to do weekly updates that broke everything.. btw i did email them and never received a response.

Best replacement for TV Time!
Sofa Time has a nice clean interface that is easy to navigate and should be very familiar for any user that is coming off of TV Time
Loving it so far
Honestly it has everything I need to track TV shows. I paid for the one time subscription and that’s good for me. No issues so far and it’s a simple app. I’m grateful it’s not a monthly subscription.

Please note that i’m facing issues with the app showing Tv shows that i already completed. Although, waiting for the new seasons and episodes showing on watchlist as not completed and there are episodes still to watch which isn’t accurate.

Some Disappointments (Update)
The calendar is now vertically scrolling with forward and backward movement available. I believe many will find that beneficial. A nice feature is the filtering options which again are the strength of this app👏🏼

I have been an enthusiastic supporter of the app for many months. It still is the most powerful TV manager I have used.
However, the new layout for series feels crammed and too busy. One used to be able to choose between a list view of episodes or an expanded view which included an episode’s full details. When in this mode you could scroll from one episode to another continuously. Now it’s a two step selection process for each episode, which was also available before, but currently you have to go back and forth if you want to jump ahead and see details. For me this has taken away a feature that wasn’t available in other TV managers.
Additionally, call me old school but animations and emojis (cute as they are) are purely tinsel. For people who are serious content managers, these are not a plus and slow things down.
But for others, who mostly concentrate on a week’s worth of viewing it’s most likely not an issue.
By contrast, I prefer TVST’s approach for a series watch list as it is simple and to the point. When you are managing several series and streaming services, it pays to have a no nonsense approach.
One feature I really like on TVST is its “Unseen episodes” grouping which consists of shows you have started (in grid layout) but have not finished. It even automatically adds a show that has a new season. On its poster pic, it clearly marks where it can be streamed, episodes left etc. and other specific details. This is a real time saver.
And my favorite feature of TVST is its calendar that scrolls vertically (continuously) which allows me to quickly move between weeks and months forwards and backwards. Season premieres and finales are boldly marked as are shows that are ending. Sofa Time’s calendar needs a lot of work by comparison. The calendar is step intensive by having to change week to week and is not allowing backward searching at this time.
While TSVT can’t match Sofa Times sorting, filtering options and easy links to outside reviews (which includes movies) it offers a much more straightforward and quicker way to manage the many TV series I am viewing.
I have been using both services as each has features that fit my specific needs. And since they both link to TrakT it’s not an issue. I have given Sofa Time a 5 star rating all along and still feel for many it deserves that accolade. Unfortunately it’s no longer a one stop app for my everyday requirements which removes a star. Nevertheless, Sofa time is unmatched with its layout options and filters both of which I take advantage of.
*I do appreciate that the developer continues to try to improve the app such as the Watch list’s new groups feature.
Note: Having tried the new groupings in the Watch screen the listings could be helpful as a shortcut to new content. If one is focused on what’s coming up this might be extremely valuable. For me, I look for series/seasons that are completed before I begin watching. That’s where the other app’s calendar is extremely important.
Also worth acknowledging is that I have the premium version of both Apps and a subscription to Trakt so my comments are based on the perks that come with those. I only mention this so those who use free versions are not confused by differences in the way the app might perform for them.

Since yesterday’s update, tapping the calendar auto scrolls it back a month.
TV Time Replacement
At first glance, this app seems really perfect. I love the overall community vibe it has going, and from someone who didn’t know tv time shutdown and had to manually importing everything, it doesn’t seem like a huge hassle, easy to navigate around. My only complaint is the paywall, you can only create 2 lists unless you pay for premium to keep everything in and someone who loves to personalise and have things in “folders” this was a let down :(

Missing Episodes
I’m coming across several shows that only list one episode. It is impossible to keep proper track. Subtracting 2 stars for that.
