Terrible app written by intern
This app solves nothing. Only creates problems. It has so many malfunctions that I can even explain.
I couldn’t even use the app…

I downloaded the app driven by curiosity to see how useful it would be. Unfortunately, it won’t let you use it without making a profile. Anyway, I tried to register, but it wanted to send a confirmation code to my mobile. Of course, the system is designed to work only with Bulgarian numbers starting +359, so I couldn’t receive this code (I put my mobile number in the designated space, but I didn’t receive any). Shame, because I’ve been in many countries, mostly around Europe, where you download the local transport app and you start using it even before you have arrived there.
This app might be useful, although I’ve read the other review stating another problem with the registration, but how do we know if one can use it? Are there people using the app or is everyone on the internet page equivalent to this?
Just as usual, we’ve got good intentions in Bulgaria, but not many resources (or excess of mind laziness) and therefore inefficient results or bad quality products.

Без код за потвърждение
Не получих никакъв код за потвърждение на регистрацията ми. Опитах с ново изпращане още три пъти и нищо не получих. Не можах да се регистрирам в приложението.
Useless
You cannot even register in the app with modern TLD email addresses. No support for English in the registration process. Typical low quality ill conceived design

Отвратителна история. С данъците си сме платили 6 млн за приложение, което дори не е собственост на общината.
Not working
I tried to add car, check a fine and then I wanted to pay a parking fine. Nothing is working. This is a shame and all the functionality is not working. Stupid app !!!
Работи - ама не винаги. Както всичко в България.
Автоматичното паркиране не е изтеглило пари от картата поради грешка в системата им. Важното е че са ми сложили скоба. По телефона ти казват - ама “ти трябва да си следиш телефона” дали работи :D едва ли не на всеки час.
Чудя се за какво ли е тогава автоматичната услуга, ако е ненадеждна?
5.9 милиона лева явно не са стигнали за тази обществена поръчка за да работи безупречно…

Terrible notifications system
Every once in a while the payment fails and they don’t send you a push notification. They just show a message box with a text Внимание! and that is it. It is in the app and you almost always miss it, which leads your vehicle clamped. When you do get clamped, you don’t get a notification as well which can lead to your vehicle getting towed to a remote parking. These two issues are very important for the users and I wonder why they are not imlemented 😠

Bad bad bad UX
The verification code gets sent to your email, while you don’t know where to expect it (usually it should say - it has been sent on your email or phone as sms). There are no active push notifications, so you need to keep opening the app to see whether your parking time is up.
The card onboarding sucks as well. Overall - it seems to have been built by some college students rather than experienced mobile developers.

Нямах проблеми с регистрацията. Пристигна мейл веднага с код. Приложението е супер.
Регистрацията е невъзможна
Невъзможно е да се регистрираш, защото не се получава СМС за потвърждаване на акаунта. Пробвах десетина пъти, но без успех.

Lots of bugs
• Doesn’t display a parking history.
• Charged me 4 leva for just 1 hour of parking, which doesn’t make sense.
• When set to automatic mode, it incorrectly started counting 2 hours in reverse, as if I had sent an SMS. It should only count the actual minutes spent parked in the zone.

Amazing…I see there is a reciew from the 1st of July of the issue - no sms is received to activate one’s account…wel neither an e-mail…It is now October & this is not fixed…Thanks for nothing professionals…
