Sofia VAC

A new version of Sofia VAC (1.5.0) is available on the App Store for your smartphones and touch-screen tablets. The SIA mobile application for flight preparation includes the following new features : - Overhaul of the filter module (new layout, active filter indicator, new filter). - Introduction of an altitude filter enabling you to select a slice of airspace which will only display the associated air volumes (SIV, TMA, CTR, R/P/D zones, etc.). - Display of LTA and UTA (respectively lower and upper control regions), CTA (control regions) and OCA (oceanic control region). - Display of sporting and recreational air activities. - Improvement to the search module, enabling any Sofia VAC information to be found and highlighted, whether or not the corresponding layer is activated (option to be selected) - Other minor technical fixes in preparation for future versions. We hope you find these improvements useful. Several other features are still being studied or developed.
