Redirecting to external website

Seems to be insecure. Has a fault or design flaw. Link in the app keeps redirecting to an external website. Why make an app if you just linking to a website. For an expensive product, which also has monthly data subscription fee for the 4G, I expect a fully functioning app.

Also why do we have to use private email. Where’s the login with Apple option. Would be so much easier with login with Apple, and Apple FaceID.

Please fix.
