Another wonderful stay at The Sofitel The Palm
This is at least the 6 th time we have stayed at this hotel. As always the staff are very attentive. On the beach Sujan is especially helpful and makes sure we start the day perfectly.
A number of the staff have remembered us from previous stays - and this adds that little something.
We have previously had dealings with Lasantha who was extremely helpful but he does not seem to be around this year. Have asked about his presence but have not received a reply.
Also my daughter spoke with a manager about additional capacity for the England match and promised to get back in contact. Have heard nothing as yet and the game is tomorrow
Will provide another review at the end of the holiday.

Doesn’t load menus correctly and keeps stating “oops something went wrong”. Not helpful

Obviously not working since October but staff keep telling you to download and use. Useless. Certificate won’t load and server won’t connect.

Certificate doesn’t check out so iPhone won’t load
