Is not compatible with windows 11
The connection between softplan and Dropbox through windows 11 is bad. I have softplan on both windows 11 and windows 10. Windows 10 is good with Softplan Windows 11 is bad with Softplan I have discussed this problem with softplan many times. No solution.
Softplan needs to be more clear.
I thought that this app could open files on your device (as it looks like every other person who downloaded the app by the reviews) but you can only use the app from an email with a link in which takes you to Softplan’s site where you create the log in. The sender must publish the review drawing and send it you the user of the app. Softplan provides nothing to let the user know this.....you would think that would be a simple thing to place front and center.

Not as advertised
DO NOT DOWNLOAD if your builder hasn’t signed up for a special plan and given you a password for the app. Just because you have access to softplan files means nothing. This viewer doesn’t work without someone purchasing the other softplan products first. NOT a free viewer for spd documents. Worthless

Unusable
Does not accept my email, even though I use the software on my computer, and does not offer an option to register. I had hoped to review house plans on my phone, but this app is unusable.
login issue
I have a license for Softplan 2014. I would like to view the drawings while I am out of the office. How do I get a password in order to use it. Once I get to using it, I will rate according to use.
