Received Message Notifications Not Working
Firstly, I am very appreciative of this Afrikan-owned messaging system. My app works for the most part, however, there are 2 issues I am experiencing. First, I am not receiving message notifications in real-time. I will be notified only when I open SoftTalk. And, sometimes, an incoming sent message will be delayed. Secondly, during the middle of typing a message, (sometimes when using an emoji), the keys will stop working and my only solution is to press several functions to enable typing again. Your assistance with both of these matters will be greatly appreciated.

This app is horrible I downloaded it because I wanted to text my younger cousin who didn’t have a phone number it’s worked fine until my phone broke and I bought a new one I tried signing in withMy number just said that I had to sign in with email and when I try to just brought me back to the number page told me to put my number and so I did again and I had to wait two minutes and after the two minute wait I said I tried to many times and I have to wait 24 hours this app is horrible do not download I repeat do not download

I love it.
It is better and clearer than watsapp. The video call is so on point. I will only say that the company should advertise more cos asides from my hubby and bro, just a few people know about this app. I think you should spend money in using one of these influencers on Instagram or YouTube or even one of these big big Nigerian actors to market this app. It can compete with any app anywhere in the world. Also try to add more features to make SoftTalk standout from the rest.

The cost is efficient, Texting is great but the voice call is not that great, needs improvement.

I love it and it works really fine at a cheap rate. Great improvement for Nigeria and this shows we are heading to greater places. But please try to enable payment on the store using iTunes so we can purchase phones and pay just as we pay with iTunes when we buy credit on the e-wallet

It's a beautiful app and easy to use but,I felt this is a Nigerian app and should be paid in Nigerian currency
