I've been trading with Sogo for a number of years it's always been smooth with great support the app is easy to use.
Crashes constantly
I cannot use this app as it crashes every 30 seconds or less.

Not friendly any more
Lately doesn’t work perfectly and uploading and downloading are very bad. You have to delete apps and download again but don’t help at all.
Very slow and incorrect on mobile
It’s very slow to login. Doesn’t show the correct information immediately while canceling trades. Positions are blanked out at times. End of day 4 pm totals show last days total until after market settlement which takes hours. Doesn’t allow trade edits. Been using sogo for years, but I will go to another brokerage now. Safari doesn’t work either for crypto trading.

At first some of the stock prices where not updating daily, some as much as three months late. That is fixed now I think. Now it won’t let me see the news for each stock. I have to go to GOOGLE a type in each stock if I want to know what is happening. They say time it money but I don’t think they care about our money!

How to fix delayed quote
I too had these issues and I can say that all you need to do is make sure you pay the monthly quote fee which is a setting on the website and you should be ok on both the app and web. App and broker itself is surprisingly solid!!

Worst Trading APP
Worst trading App that I ever came across . Prices incorrect, delayed , nothing updates in portfolio. Customer service is good but IT maintenance is very very bad .

This is the worst app I have. I don’t know the reason why they charge fees every transaction with the worst service and delayed data.

Order qty is not visible as font is white inside of the white box. Guess what qty is defaults no way to change it.

I really wanted to like this
But it’s just terrible. Often the quotes are wrong, like way off. If I pull up my open positions right now each one is off by A LOT and the market is closed for the weekend can we even get the closing price right. I opened a SOGOTRADE account because of the podcast Options Boot Camp, and really enjoyed John Critchely’s input. Unfortunately, the app and the service just don’t compete with other retail brokers. The app itself is archaic and clunky, it’s slow to respond and often causes costly mistakes. Since I trade part time and work part time I need to be able to easily close out positions on the go and I’m just not able to do that on this app. Best of luck to the service, if you make serious upgrades to mobile I’ll certainly give it another try.
