Intermittent service
I’ve been trying to use the app to listen to Norman Jay and am hit with a ‘no internet’ graphic. This in spite of the fact that I do have a strong internet connection. I’ve tried the app on iPad and iPhone and tried the desktop version too. Desktop connects, takes me to the right page but offers me no way of playing back; I get the greyed out broken image on desktop. It’s really frustrating. The only thing that plays on desktop is Live.
Can someone do a thorough check of the service because I can’t be the only person experiencing this.
I’m using iPad, iPhone and desktop pc with the latest operating systems and versions & Chrome with the latest build. Thanks

Trying to help.
In General the stations content & vibe is excellent. There seems to be some sort of lag with connectivity.not sure if I’ve worded that technically correctly. But in layman’s terms…. I can come out of the soho app, open NTS radio app press play & have music playing immediately. Go back to soho & it would still be buffering.
Not moaning as I love the station, just trying to help it get better. As I would listen to it a lot more if I could. All the best!!
