About

Sojka watches how your domain's email is authenticated, and tells you what to do about it in words you can act on. DMARC reports arrive as XML attachments from Google, Microsoft, Seznam and dozens of other receivers. They are unreadable by design. Sojka collects them, parses them, and turns them into a short answer: who is sending mail as your domain, which of them pass SPF and DKIM alignment, and what breaks if you tighten your policy. WHAT YOU GET • Policy readiness - the one question a DMARC record exists to answer: can you move from p=none to quarantine or reject without losing legitimate mail? Sojka gives a verdict, the blockers behind it, and says plainly when there is not yet enough traffic to be sure. • A 0–100 health score for your published DNS posture, with every deduction itemised. No black box: you can see exactly which record cost you what. • Continuous DNS monitoring - SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and BIMI are polled and compared to their last known state. You hear from Sojka when something changes, not every time it is checked. • Blocklist monitoring on the IP addresses that actually send your mail, with the delisting link when one gets listed. • Send us a test email and get an instant verdict on that one sending source - SPF, DKIM and DMARC judged on the message we received, with the fix if something is off. This works from day one, before any reports have arrived. • A report log showing every DMARC report we received, who sent it, and how it reached us - so nothing about your data is a black box. • Fix reports you can share as a link with whoever administers the DNS, in a technical or a management version. • Push alerts, ranked by whether they need action today. A new failing source, a known-good source breaking, a blocklist listing. HOW IT WORKS Add your domain, publish one DMARC record with the address Sojka gives you, and reports start arriving within a day or two. Sojka takes it from there. Up to 5 domains. FREE, AND WHAT THE SUBSCRIPTION ADDS Adding a domain, the full DNS analysis, the health score and on-demand re-checks are free, with no time limit. Sojka starts collecting your DMARC reports the moment your record points at us - a subscription is what displays them, along with policy readiness, sending sources, test-email checks and shareable fix reports. Nothing is lost while you decide: the history keeps accumulating and appears in full when you subscribe. Sojka Solo - up to 5 domains: • EUR 4.99 per month • EUR 34.99 per year (EUR 2.92 per month) New subscribers are offered a 14-day free trial by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before that. Manage the subscription or turn off auto-renewal any time in Settings on your device, or in the app under Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe. Terms of Use: https://sojka.email/terms Privacy Policy: https://sojka.email/privacy PRIVACY Sign in with Apple or with a code sent to your email address. No passwords. No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no third-party tracking of any kind - the app talks to Sojka's own server and nothing else. Delete your account from Settings and it is gone, including the Apple sign-in. Sojka is a Eurasian jay: the bird that warns the whole forest.

What's New in Sojka

2.0

August 31, 2026

Sojka 2.0 is about knowing your senders - and being told exactly what to do next. WHO SENDS AS YOU - Senders split into YOURS and NOT YOURS automatically, from the report evidence - no hand-sorting a list of botnet addresses. - Sending platforms group into one row (Google, Amazon SES, your SPF's own ranges); the individual addresses stay one tap away. - Every sender IP gets an identity: country, network operator, and whether your SPF covers it. - Each sender has its own page: per-leg alignment, first/last seen, and the records behind it. STRAIGHT ANSWERS - Forged mail is no longer described as "your mail failing". A spoofer's row now says what stops it - your policy - instead of suggesting DNS fixes for a sender that isn't yours. - Forwarded copies of your own mail are recognized and labelled as forwarding, not as a new sender. - The readiness advisor names the concrete next step, including a staged move to quarantine, instead of just telling you to hold. - Advice cites dated evidence, like the test message that proved your DKIM signing works. DO IT IN PLACE - A record builder for every mail DNS record - DMARC, SPF, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, BIMI - composed on screen, each DNS field copyable exactly as your DNS console wants it. - When a proven sender is missing from your SPF, Sojka shows the exact amended record and keeps showing it until DNS says done. - Domains that send no mail: claim it in one tap, get the lockdown records, and it stops counting against your domain limit. ALSO - TLS delivery problems now reach Sojka too: publish one TLS-RPT record and failed connections become signals. - The domains list shows when each domain's reports last arrived, so silence is visible at a glance. - One event, one notification - a spray of forged senders is a single push, not dozens. - Many smaller fixes and clearer wording throughout.
