Great service provided by Abigail. I needed an urgent turnaround and from start to finish SOJO were super responsive and attentive. This was now my 3rd time I have used SOJO for alterations and cannot fault them, from the quality of alterations to the prompt notifications, everything is seamless!

Really great idea done well. I’ve used this app for a few items and it’s been a really straightforward process each time, and so worth it when I get the tailored items - makes me love the items even more!

Sojo is absolutely great for repairs and alterations at a reasonable price point. I sent off 3 items and was incredibly happy with the repairs done to all of them. The collection and delivery was also super easy and efficient and I had my items returned to me in a week. I can definitely recommend Sojo and will be using it again!

Great concept, but should probably make location clearer
It would have been handy to know this is only available in London before going through the whole process of downloading the app, registering, & verifying email address. Hopefully this can be made clearer for people looking to download the app, & hopefully it'll become available in more areas.

I’m so pleased with the 3 items I sent off with Sojo to be fixed and altered. From the app user experience to the lovely rider who came to collect the items, Sojo provides a great experience for those wanting to give new life to their clothes. My new go-to!
Can’t recommend enough!
Honestly can’t recommend Sojo enough, I had 3 things tailored and was surprised how reasonable the prices were - definitely cheaper than going out and buying something new! I’ve now given new life to old clothes I never used to wear and they’re like completely new items - have never had trousers fit so perfectly!
I got the waist taken in of a skirt and trousers, and a dress cropped into a top. The app makes it super easy to indicate exactly what you want done, I opted to send a comparison item for sizing as I wasn’t sure about pinning.

My clothes sitting at the bottom of the closet are back in action thanks to the Sojo team. The service and quality is amazing! Team is extremely helpful if you need support and the tailoring so far has been perfect!
Perfectly Tailored Bridesmaid Dress, Excellent Service
I was admittedly nervous about sending away a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed without them seeing it on me, but Sojo made it so seamless and easy! The process for getting the right fit is very clear, the courier service was so fast, that person was super friendly. The dress was PERFECT and was also reasonably priced. I kept procrastinating getting it done but it arrived back quickly and exactly as I’d needed it. So thankful that Sojo exists. My friend had a pair of denim done by them that looked amazing afterwards, so I’m excited to try them again.

Exceptional service and ease of use
The entire experience with Sojo was amazing. The app is very user-friendly and allows you to add all the relevant details about your items. It was such a friendly and speedy process including collection and delivery.
I just got back 2 pairs of trousers and a jumper. They fit perfect. The tailor did an incredible job with the alterations and it only took 3 days!

The tailor app I was looking for
This app is so amazing - from the rider collecting the order to the altered clothes and then receiving the order before the 5 day period. I am so thankful
to the creators of Sojo for helping us revive our clothes instead of buying new ones - it’s such a great initiative for slow fashion and also a great way to support local businesses. Highly recommend for anyone wanting their loved clothes tailored and not wanting to leave the house!

I came across Sojo on social media a couple months ago, loved the idea. I made two orders to get two vintage skirts altered on the waist as it was far too big and within 3 days of being sent off it was completed and fit PERFECTLY! I’ve been trying to find an excuse to use this app for sometime. When my boyfriend split his pants, I talked him out of buying a new pair and quickly sent them off with Sojo. The service was incredible and the pants have come back looking brand new. I highly recommend!
The PERFECT app for my sustainable fashion journey
I’ve been searching for the best fashion solutions to help me move away from fast fashion and towards a more circular wardrobe and Sojo has been SUCH a big help. I had an oversized pair of trousers altered that would have otherwise just sat unworn in my wardrobe and given away at some point but now they fit my waist perfectly. The app was so easy to use and their riders were super friendly - I will definitely be booking again soon!✨

Honestly best app ever, so useful
This service was incredible from start to finish. The app is so easy to use - everything is clear and easy to navigate. The rider came exactly when they said they would and then my clothes came back so much quicker than I expected (even though it was a bank holiday!) The repairs were done to such a high standard, I actually couldn’t believe it. Every piece was dealt with so precisely and carefully and I couldn’t be happier with the result. There’s no way I could have done that by trying to sew them myself. I also completed altered a top from a strappy top to more of a boob-tube and it was done exactly how I wanted!! So grateful to Sojo, I couldn’t recommend this app enough.

The perfect fit (now)
I can’t BELIEVE how much using Sojo has changed one dress I have. I bought it on sale from a nice (slightly spenny) shop a year ago but the waist was so big it just ended up looking quite frumpy and I never wore it, but because it was so nice I also didn’t want to give it away. Now it’s been taken in it’s literally the perfect fit and I’ve worn it almost every week since even though it’s in winter! Highly highly recommend x

I had my favourite pair of trousers taken in and now they fit perfectly !! I’ve had them for over a year but have been too lazy to get them sorted. So so pleased with the service - price and timing! Can’t recommend this enough 🌟
My new favourite app!
Can’t recommend Sojo highly enough. I had 3 items that I loved but needed taken it and sent them off to the tailors along with an item I wanted them to match to. Unfortunately, due to some user error and a forgetful day on my part, I sent a matching item that was bigger than the clothes I wanted taken in 😬. The tailor and Sojo customer service were great in contacting me and sorting it all out - and the clothes still came back earlier than expected! Perfect experience, will be my go to!

Can’t praise enough!
Sojo, and all the wonderful tailors they partner with, are the perfect cure to fast fashion and to that problem we all have of “I love my top, but I wish it was a bit more cropped, or fit me better, or I hadn’t fallen and ripped it”. All of my 4 items I sent to Sojo and Steve came back practically perfect in a few days. I think my boyfriend summed it up best, I showed him his patched jeans and he said “holy **** **** I’ve got another 5 years out of these bad boys”. I’ll be placing another order (or three or four) ASAP💚
