The app isn’t even letting me log in. Please resolve the technical issues first. This is not something to take lightly when it involves people’s money.
Too much fuss!
I was persuaded to use the company due to the good FX rates but since I have been using them each process has been nothing but constant fuss that are simple on alternatives. Sure you pay extra but for the ease of use I would recommend others and avoid this firm until they make it more consumer friendly.
