Thank you for this app, I read from it through the day to help keep me centred, focused and calm.
The older version was more spiritual
I have had this app on all my IOS devices and really liked the ability of the app to pick a specific quote and more times than not it spoke to me where w was at the time. Now since the update the app quote are more New age and less spiritual. Not a big of new agiism...
It is a truly great app.
The words are well chosen, compassionate, and real. There are times when I want perspective and the questions and advice found here have been extremely valuable.

Somehow, someway, I receive the exact message that I need to hear. Whenever I feel stressed or my anxiety level increasing , I read a message or quotation and I begin de-escalating immediately. This app has truly been a source of solace and strength. I used it to help me get through multiple myeloma chemo and remained in remission for three years. I will begin chemo again soon and once again, Solace helps me attain the inner serenity and certainty that I am blessed. I don't know who's idea this was but bless you!

I feel like many of the sayings are the same, just worded differently. It'd be great to have an update with more sayings, proverbs, quotes, etc. I do like the screen shots though.

Pleasant app but could benefit from a choice of background music and/or sounds such as a waterfall or ocean surf. Also the ability to add a bookmark to favorite sayings would be a plus!

I really like this app. It has helped me many times. I like being able to email to friends but I would very much like to share it on Facebook also as I have a friend who is in need of encouragement and checks FB more than email.

This is an excellent app! I was diagnosed with depression recently and whenever I'm feeling really down these quotes and sayings help to brighten my mood. I only suggest maybe the option of being able to bookmark your favorite ones? That would be nice :)
