DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS APP. This only cause inconvenience and waste of time. App is so slow. Better go to outlet sellers.
Unable to Sign Up
I’ve tried numerous times creating account but get stuck on setting up an address. The select on map keeps spinning and everything else is grayed out. 😕 I wish you had an alternate option for online purchase.

App and services to deliver solane is stressful.
Imagine you to wait for next 24-48 hours because of queue to deliver your order. I will change to other LPG outlet because their services s*cks.
Useless
I can no longer place an order online. Tells me my account does not exist or that account is not registered or i have the wrong password. If i try to use as a guest, it tells me i need to log in. Ordering used to be so easy. But this app has not served it purpose

Checkout as guest option tapos, nung mag checkout ka na pinag sign in ka hahaha tapos mag sign up ka potek apaka bagal ng app naman puro loading kahit pa naka fiber ka at full bar. Napaka useless
Nothing was delivered
In the app and text messages, Solane said item was delivered when nothing was. Name of the rider who “delivered” was mentioned, but he never contacted me about delivery. Sometimes, automating and innovating ordering systems is not always the answer. Disappointing and poor service.
Inconvenient
The app defeats its purpose. I used this app to order and the order was accepted so I waited the whole day but it didn’t get delivered. I used to love the app for allowing me to pay cashless.
The whole idea of having an app for convenience is great but sadly execution failed.

Dealer problem
Okay ang app, ang problema ung mga dealer nila! Nag order ka ng 7am hoping na ma deliver before lunch time pero 3pm na wala pa din ang order kahit nakarami ng follow up!!
Don’t dare to install this app its a scam
I order through this app and well same as the reviews below order take so long or did not received. so I cancel my order and try to contact the listed contact details they all are robotic and unresponsive about my concern did not received a refund for 2 weeks now and the app is so slow and the showroom number they provided is unavailable to contact.

Totally Bad Experience
Wish we could change the showroom in the app. Had a terrible experience in our assigned showroom. We've placed an order twice, and both says delivered but we did not receive the refill. The delivery rider never showed up, and the showroom is not responding on the messages. We are unable to cook for 2 days 🥺
