UPDATE THIS APP
This app needs fixing. The wattage consumption does not update until you back out and go back in. Change the grid usage color and font size from orange to something we can read.
Almost There
I love the app. It is well designed, intuitive, and It has all the features that I need. The power use tracking features are nice and generate great information on power consumption. One thing that disappoints me is the inability to set a temperature in the ‘cloud schedules’, the only option is to turn the unit on or off. This app would be perfect if it had temperature control in the schedules.

Good, But Missing Data
Just started using this app. So far so good, but it would be nice to see daily energy totals when looking at a day, or month total for the month, or year total for the year, etc. Thanks!

Only one flaw!
I have 5 solar powered mini split air conditioners. The app works fantastic for all my needs. No problems at all.
The one correction which would make it perfect is when swiping up on an apple phone you tend to switch to heating mode
unexpectedly. Maybe relocating the cool and heat mode buttons would help.

Constantly demands user location
Took multiple attempts to connect to device. App constantly wanted location data and refuses to connect to WiFi without it unless you enter it manually. Even then it took something like 10 tries even though I was careful to make sure I was entering Wi-Fi user and password accurately.
Does the job
I love that I can control my off grid HVAC from anywhere. The app does what it should.
The app format is for the PV/AC hybrid powered and mine doesn’t have the PV input and the app has many features listed that aren’t on my unit which is fine.
It has a power consumption meter but it is wonky and shows the lifetime power usage whether it’s set to year, month, or day so it’s a useless feature that would be useful if it worked so I gave 4stars instead of 5 but it’s reliable and does the basic things you need it for. 👍

Almost great
App gives me control and info I need, but on iPhone, when you swipe up from bottom it is too easy to change it from cooling to heat. Happens to me all the time. Wish you could change the layout so this doesn’t happen?

Needs attention ASAP
This app needs a revamp. Inside the app where you switch settings for the temp, flow, direction etc. there is a black bar located too close to the “cool” and “heat “ button. Every time i try to swipe up to close the app with said bar it triggers one of the temp buttons. This cuts my unit off and reverses the system. This has got to be bad for the systems longevity

Using app for EG4 mini split
Remote and app don’t sync. Attempted to remove AC and add it again now AC doesn’t sync at all to the app.
