Notes on site visits Leave notes on a site visit and read what your teammates have written, all in one place. Each note shows who wrote it and when. Notes work offline — read what’s already on your device and write new ones in the field, and they upload on their own once you’re back in range. Everyone with access to the site visit can read them; only the author, or a workspace owner or admin, can edit or delete one. More reliable data entry • Text fields on checklist items now save dependably. Previously an entry could be typed and lost without warning. • Photos keep their location, so coordinates show up consistently for every photo in a visit. • Copy and edit actions respond right away instead of occasionally ignoring a tap. • Edits made just before leaving a field are no longer discarded. A smoother experience on iPad • The site visit form stays where you left it when you switch apps and come back, or resize the app window. • Wide content such as tables now uses the full screen width and is readable without pinching. Better handling of shared work • When someone edits the same item you’re working on, the app now explains the conflict and lets you resolve it without losing your changes. • Site visits deleted by a teammate no longer linger on your device, and one that still has unsynced work can be restored rather than lost. • Switching accounts now shows clear progress while your projects and templates download, so you never land in a half-loaded workspace. Performance and stability • Fixed a freeze when opening checklist items containing large tables. • Fixed a crash that could occur when adding a location to an issue. • General improvements to responsiveness while your work syncs in the background.
