Poor refresh timing
This app seems to provide a lot of information, but the most important thing to me is to track my battery soc, and this app does a REALLY POOR job at that. I can wake up in the am and the doc says 100%, even though I’ve had the air conditioning on till after midnight & the fridge has been on & off all night. Suddenly (sometimes) the sic drops to 53% or something like that. It makes sense, but I want real-time information about what power is comin in, what power is being used, and my real-time SOC for my battery. I cannot figure out how to get this and I’m really frustrated. It’s 2;40 pm, & when I checked about an hour ago, my SOC said 100%. Now it says 65%. What gives? I need help!

App support???
So had the previous version of the app & received an email 3rd Sept 2020, advising of this app. As support and usage of the previous app would end within September. The option in the previous version of the app to migrate my data disappears within seconds within my app. The website and support pages on here lead to a 404 link broken site. How can I get my account data over into the new app, my old login doesn’t give me access. Should I attempt to setup a new account will that then give me the option to migrate my old account into the new?
