10 min sync time TOO MUCH
The sync time should be 1 min . 10 min is Too much of waiting time. Kindly decrease it or give an option.
Total consumption goes to 0 zero
I have 6 inverters. After running well the software just stops providing total power consumption. I have to delete everything and reload and it works for a while then stops.
Great when it works. Too often devices offline
Very frustrating in the last week. The app frequently reports that the devices are offline and no data is being recorded. Therefore it’s impossible to monitor what’s happening with the panels, battery and consumption. It’s not good enough that this happens every day now. Please resolve ASAP.
New version has many issues
Forced to upgrade to the new version and frankly it doesn’t work. I tried to re-register my data logger. QR didn’t work so I entered manually after forced to go to screens that didn’t apply only to find out the AP network wouldn’t sync even when I stood next to it. Instruction windows take you to places that don’t work either. Wish I could somehow go back to the earlier version which worked fine for me. Finally got it working after fixing a hardware issue with the logger cable. Still, the sync with the network is cumbersome but doable. Upped to three stars.

Compramos el sistema Pandora con Making power-Billenium LLC en febrero 2026, funcionó la aplicación solo 1 semana aproximada y desde ese momento el SOLARMAN smart hiso actualización y murió, dejó de funcionar. La compañía ha revisado el internet y conectividad y está bien. Muy mal programa remoto 🙁😠😤 de esta aplicación

Works when it fancies

Add TOU window enable/disable toggles please
The app works great for managing my solar system, but I have a feature request that would make TOU mode much more practical:
Please add toggle switches (tick boxes) for individual TOU windows so we can quickly enable/disable them without deleting the schedules entirely.
With variable daily PV generation, some days I want to export during certain windows and other days I don't. Currently I have to manually edit schedules daily, which is annoying.
A simple on/off toggle per TOU window would let us keep our configurations and just activate the ones we need each day based on weather/PV forecast.
This would be a huge workflow improvement.

No battery status!
Uploaded the new Solarman Smart App, and once again no battery charge status on the front screen. In fact, the only thing it shows is solar output, which is 'fine' but pretty meaningless if you can't also see what you're using or what you've got stored. Even the inverter's tiny screen shows all of this. Just ridiculous to have to go through three stages plus scrolling and then seek out battery state of charge buried in a huge list of stats.
So hard to configure, doesn't perform basic functions easily and messy to use.

Battery voltage?
I like using the app. But is there anyway to change the main display setting? Program battery voltage instead of percentage?

Great app overall
I want to see more statistics like average consumption, maximum production, maximum feed in, minimum production, etc. Also real time widgets. Notifications never work

This app is great.
The app is great. Just a few improvements would make it exceptional. If we could get widgets that autoload and show the current usage, status etc would be a game changer. Also an Alexa skill so that it can be integrated with my smart system would be great.

Won’t accept Australian phone numbers!
My battery supplier (in Australia) recommended this app for my solar/battery system, and its setup does allow users to choose Australia as the country/region, but then doesn’t accept Australian phone numbers in the phone number field, so I can’t establish an account. Very confusing and frustrating.
