Poor customer service
Software is okay, a little bit slow but not as slow as the company answering their phone - or not answering should I say!
Shockingly bad
I’ve just had to update to this version and it’s terrible. I use it on an iPhone. Clicking the tick after an action does nothing most of the time. I have to click the cancel button but find the data stored. Sometimes I can only select close or return and can’t enter details or signature without resetting the phone/app multiple times. Did you actually test this before putting it out? I’m wasting so much time just trying to close jobs at the minute. Please fix this
