Still broken years later
Even after years of complaints here the app is still broken. You can’t log in which makes the entire thing useless. You’re forced to use the website. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Every detail of the username and password are accurate, volumes up, device is not on silent, connected to Internet, and even though it previously worked, it simply won’t let me back on
