Bought shoes worth $540 and its been 3 months since i bought them and I never received them. I filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back, and I did try emailing sole seriouss to cancel order and to agree to give me a refund and sole seriouss replied asking for me to close my dispute. I am not dumb, they want me to close my dispute so they wont be forced to give me my refund and they can then lie to try to keep my money. Theyre a scam site. Do not buy anything from them

Preorders

Don’t use this app or company. The point in preorders is to guarantee you get what you ordered and they can’t. Not worth paying money months in advance for them to cancel your order weeks after release.

I placed an order for some jordan retro 3 valentine a couple of weeks ago and they don't arrive and when I've looked for customer service you don't respond and if you leave comments on their social networks they delete them they are a disgusting scam
