I tried to contact your support and find videos on how to do this on the iPhone. Your app says there’s no learning curve, but it is confusing and not very straightforward on the iPhone.

so i have a little dog named Lil Buddy and he hates going to the groomers, he shakes like a leaf on a tree , but when i play music with this app at 432 is gets clam and cool. it sooth, him down. worth the $99. i do hope that they gets links into the app that you can go to , to learn how to better use the app. Thank you

Excellent product if it worked and had customer service
No customer service as no email for issues. Didn’t work. Applied for refund. Great concept and was excited about app but disappointed that didn’t work and could not contact anyone for help.
