Can’t log in
It keeps saying wrong pin and I try to have them send a code and it never comes how am I Supposed to log in
Finally got in!
Had pin issues as well, I just hit forgot pin, did rest code number from email, reset pin 💙
Doesn’t work
Just like the other persons review you can’t get into the app and you can’t get your stuff. Cool.
Funds disappeared
I was given $120 for the kiddos. It didn’t expire until December 1. I was going to can and freeze produce for the winter. I logged in mid September before going to the farmers market and saw that 1/2 of my funds were gone. No transaction history and unfortunately control of administering funds was taken away from wic and entrusted in this APP. I was robbed with no explanation.

Thankful
Today was my first time trying to login. At first it said enter my email then enter my pin. I thought it was the same pin as the wic card but it’s not. I then pressed forgot password and it sent a link to the email address I have on file with wic and I was able to create a new pin and just like that I was in. Hope this helps 🤞🏾
