The app was crashing every ten seconds for weeks that made it unusable. I guess they released a new update and it’s now working perfectly.

Keeps crashing, can’t even watch the video for more than 5 seconds. Needs to be fixed asap

The app use to work fine but now after loading up my cameras within 10secs it randomly crashes and closes the whole app out. I tried uninstall it and reinstalling it but having the same issue. It’s not my phone I have a promax 16.
Fix the crashing issues
Recently had an iOS update and now my app just continues to crash. I’m not even able to open it to watch videos without it suddenly crashing please fix ASAP.
Constantly closes
App was working perfectly fine until the most recent update. Now this app constantly restarts to the login screen after 10seconds. Totally unusable to keep an eye on the business.
Broken
App completely broken. Can only view live feed on desktop, what’s the point of the app?
No video
Video won’t play on the app, only the desktop. What’s the point of the app. Spent months back and forth with the tech, who kept blaming it on my phone saying they could log in no problem. What a joke. Would give it a zero if I could

Useless
This app is broken. Can not watch any video on my phone(14 plus running 17.5.1) Thank god for its tech support right? No, the app wont let me hold the chat open for more than half a second.
Terrible camera playback
Loading footage playback almost always results in an error message. Terribly inconsistent.
