PROVE ME WRONG!! I’ve racked up several “PayPal deposits”, and not chump change. First, they had to verify details on certain things. When the time expired and I should have received notification of payment. Instead, I have been told that “due to COVID 19!!! It can take a longer time, so far 3 more days up to several weeks. To see this used as an excuse, OMG….do you know how many people, family and friends, died? USING COVID AS AN EXCUSE, AND THAT EXCUSE MAY BE A LIE, AND A VERY DAMAGING TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO WERE IMPACTED. Oh, and there is NO way to contact customer support, which I think actually does EXACTLY what it wants, they getting clicks USING US to make money. As it strands, this is a sanctimonious falsehood at best.

Scam Game - sorry platform.
Played this game for weeks . Game itself is pretty good however they purposely do not allow you to win cash or pay out cash to PayPal. When threshold is made, states it will take 3 - 14 days due to Covid. (I guess they don’t keep up with medical advances or the News). When attempting to cash out, an extra letter was added to my email to display a supposedly reject. I kept pictures of each time it was corrected and their ability to change it again. When corrected, I would also contact PayPal for any pending or attempts to deposit. PayPal never received any attempts or notifications. Kept pictures and documentation of all. They have no customer service through them or their separate company/studio/developer. **** They have updated their site. I deleted the original app. Now no instructions on how to win cash. Added new site. Let’s see what happens. 🧐😟

I'm so sick of these false games. When I cashed out my first $100 and waited the amount of time stated it came back and said my email address was incorrect so I corrected and had to start all over on the time. I have since cashed out at $ 500 and $1000 making sure that the email was correct.
They all since then have been completed and say the money was sent to my PayPal account. I have not received any of the payments whatsoever. Of course there is no customer service or anyway to contact anybody about this. I really don't understand how these apps continue to be allowed to false advertise like this and aren't held accountable. In this case you actually falsify the fact that you even sent the money as well. Yet you are making money off of the people that spend time playing your game trusting that you will follow through with what your game advertises. Shame on you and Shame on apple for keeping these apps in the App Store. In my opinion if the developers aren't going to honor their advertising promises, then apple should have to honor them since we trust that apple would have better standards and want their customers to be satisfied with all

Don’t waste your time to play this game because it is scam! The money you won will not be credited to your PayPal account! First they would tell you that it would take 3-7 working days to process the payment. Once the 7 working days passed they would tell you that your payment was rejected by PayPal for incorrect account information and asked you to input again. Then you would receive a message saying that due to Covid-19, it will take up to 3-14 working days to complete the payment! They have never intended to pay and just tricked you making money for them by playing games and watching ads! I believe the other game names Lottery Scratchers Carnival is theirs because they scammed for the same way!

They purposely change your email so you never get payment.
Apparently according to other reviews this seems to be the trend. You input all your information for payment and after the waiting period they tell you the information is incorrect and ask you to fix it. At first I thought I actually inputted to many letters in my PayPal account so I fixed it then it came back the second time saying the same thing. Every time adding an extra letter to my email I input. After reading the reviews this seems to be the trend and how they avoid paying out your winnings because their is no way to even check the email you out in, until the time is up then it says it’s wrong.

This is the very first time that I have ever actually gotten money from a game that I had been playing and I have played many! I have been playing Solitaire Carnival for only five minutes and you are letting me redeem $100 already! I am giving this game 5 stars! If there was any way to give more stars, I certainly would give 10 stars!

I’m gonna take my time with this one. I would say anybody affiliated with this game at all whatsoever or just straight scammers shame on you Appleapps shame on you Apple for even allowing some lowlife like this to enter our society. This is the second game I played from this developers the first time I entered my email and they claimed that I entered my email wrong with two rs I gave them the benefit of the doubt corrected my email and waited another month never received a penny so I deleted the app and got another app with the same company. I went to collect the hundred dollars from PayPal when I checked my email from the company said that I had entered my email wrong again, guess what I did. They tried to say I put two hours again complete scam in everyone that has anything to do with this game or scammers including you Apple.

I met all the criteria for 2 pay outs, first they changed my PayPal account adding extra letters, so then I get a message saying they can’t deposit and to edit my account, I put the CORRECT info in AGAIN and they say it’ll take 7-14 days. My other payout I made sure to edit the account info to the correct info after it was put in wrong again. Had to wait 7-14 days but then it said the payment has been processed but it wasn’t sent to my PayPal account. I will be thrilled to delete this post and leave a rave review if my money actually makes it into my account but after reading the other reviews I’m extremely doubtful that will happen. OF COURSE there’s no way to contact customer service because there is none

I’ve been paying on solitary and I won with all the rules and it says congratulations. It’s processed, but it’s not in my eye PayPal. I had one about two months ago and I have not received my money. This is the first game that actual gave me $100 up front to put in my acct. Of course I have to wait 3 to 7 days, since it is my understanding everything is done by hand. I have no problem with that for it seems every game is like that. But what is best is that it does not ask for a ton of challenges before the time is up. I actually look forward to playing this game and most of the others I have deleted off my phone.

Lies and totally misleading consumer
Like other players I played the game did what was asked of me to get the $100 and $500 cash out to my pay pal. Just to be told pay pal didn’t accept payment my email was incorrect which is a lie I know I entered the correct email and if it was wrong they charged it. Was informed to check and correct email resubmitted the to be told due to Covid-19 it will take 3-14 working days for the payment to be completed. Wow so wrong it may not change any thing but I will be submitting a complaint to the federal trade commission there should be something done about these developers and app due to the misleading and false information given to receive payment for the consumers who faithfully play and enjoy the game and look forward to payment that will never come and what so bad all the ads you be forced to view some up to almost a minute or two to be disappointed and lied to.

Caution if you are seeking to actually make money.
I quickly “earned” $100 and went to redeem it to my PayPal account. I was told that “due to COVID” it would take 3-14 days to be paid out. Why??? Asa pandemic, Covid has been over 2 years! After three weeks I checked on the redemption and was told PayPal “rejected” the payment. Solitaire Carnival had added a duplicate final letter to my emails with PayPay before the @ sign! I corrected that and resubmitted the $100payout and an additional $500 that I had supposedly earned as well. Surprise! After another 2+ weeks, they did the same thing again in adding another letter to my PayPal account name - the same letter in the same position again. This time I completely recentered my PayPal account name instead of simply deleting the additional letter. I’m still waiting for over a week for the payments to go through. We’ll see what happens, but I’m doubtful this game will ever pay out to anyone who supposedly has earned money!

I agree, what a CROCK RIPOFF
I went through all of the requirements necessary to win the money that I won playing this game. The game says that they are going to be sending the money in 3 to 7 working days. Now the app will not open up and I guess I’m wasting my time, waiting on the money to arrive in my PayPal account.
Unity is the company that has this app and like all the other apps that unity has this one is a rip off as well. They have received the money from the advertisements, the many advertisements that I watched and will receive nothing in return, as promised.

Complete Lie! Fake game! Do not waste your time!
This is a ripoff, do not think you will get any kind of payout from this FAKE!! Game. I experienced the same problems as the person in the previous review. You have to correct your email that they say has an extra letter or number to make it invalid. Then you have to wait for the 992 people they say are in front of you, then , you’re supposed to wait for PayPal to confirm payment, 3-14 working days. Upon jumping through all these hoops, I have at least three payments that are unconfirmed by PayPal, and unpaid to me. Straight out lie! I do not understand why that the App Store would condone and continue to offer these rip-off games! Do not make these time and effort thieves rich with this con game! Do not download, do not play! I’ve got screenshots of everything! I’ve already got two other apps my lawyers are looking over and said I’ve got a pretty good chance but this app is a guarantee! Just DELETE. Stop playing the game. The more you play and anticipate that they will honor what they advertise the more they are making money on the ads you watch. Guess they are looking for a class action suit. These games only lure people in to make themselves money from all the ads they initially said they didn’t have. I enjoy playing solitaire but w/o constant ads and lies of it being a game you can win off skills. BELIEVE the review comments not the star ratings. Bots aren’t going to rate high then leave an honest review. Most people rate high just so their review can be seen by others. You won’t be the exception so just delete this game and move on to something else or have no expectations of winning. But why support a developer that is dishonest. This game is probably hacking PayPal accounts one correction at a time. Just a shame
