That intro needs to be disabled
every time I reopen this app, the very annoying logo and noise pops up disrupting whatever I'm listening to. This is especially annoying when I'm in the subway and I loaded something and then it becomes unloaded. Just disable this silly silly silly thing. makes no sense, unnecessary

I tried to deposit my earnings into my bank account and instead it TOOK that money FROM my bank. Scam! Do not fall for this like I did!
App won’t open
I’ve done everything suggested but I still can not open the app. I have some winnings that I do not want to lose - the app support web is being stopped when I try to access that too
