I have 3 games I haven’t solved since March last year but now it keeps dropping out on me. I can only do 1 move if I’m lucky. Will I have to delete it and reduce load it? Devastating.

Ads still appear after purchase
I purchased this app in Dec 2018 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Yesterday, after using the Undo button countless times since the purchase, I suddenly cannot use the button without being asked if I want to watch a video first; an ad for another app. If I click 'no' to viewing the video, I simply cannot use the Undo feature. I paid for an Ads free experience. Having to view a commercial for another app EACH AND EVERY TIME I want to use the Undo feature is not an ads free experience. Furthermore, I pressed on the App Support button and was taken to a webpage saying "403 Forbidden". Someone better straighten this out fast or give me my money back.
